When we open our hearts and mind, the road to healing can begin.

Meet Stephanie

My passion to support those in their journey of self discovery and healing compelled me in my pursuit to become a registered psychotherapist. Based in the Niagara Region, I offer virtual and in-person services to children, adolescents and adults.
Connecting with other humans, and helping them to be the best they can be and feel better as quickly as possible, is my passion. I’m trained in treatments that are evidence based (Direct Neurofeedback, EMDR, CBT and mind-body interventions) and I believe a trusting therapeutic relationship is most important.
